Zucchini Bread

Yesterday I decided to bake, to make up for the lack of crafting, but as it turns out I couldn't mix the batter without my hand cramping and falling asleep. Good thing the surgery date has been set!

Oh and it took 30 min longer to bake in my oven, normally things cook too quickly and I end up making crispy everything!

I've also learned that, as long as you don't tell people it's ZUCCHINI bread, they'll eat it!

Valentine's Biscotti

These are the White Chocolate Almond Biscotti that I made for our office valentine's day treat event. I highly doubt it will become an annual event but I thought I'd contribute. But seeing as alot of people have taken work home for the supposed snow storm we're getting tonight/tomorrow, there may be alot of treats left...or just no one in the office at all.

Coconut covered Chocolate Hazelnut Sandwiches

My second attempt at making these cookies, there is a name for them, but I forgot what they are. They were a tad time consuming, but that was probably because the first batch was too thin.

Valentine's Baking

Because my apartment has about 4 square feet of counter space, I had to do my first annual baking attempt at GM's place. Here are the results of my first batch of cookies, which were too thin to use for the "sandwiched" cookie, so I made them into these. Chocolate Tuxedo cookies with pink sprinkles.
