Life's little limitations

What I used to enjoy everyday, is becoming very troublesome. Actually I'm still okay with my morning cup of skim milk, however, I've noticed that in the past couple of months, eating yogurt, adding cream to coffee or any type of milk above 1% makes me sick! I never used to drink coffee either, my medium double double at Tims didn't do a thing, but the cup from the office would do me in. I actually thought it was the sponge I was using to clean my mug, or the cheap-o coffee we get, but it was the milk.

I suppose I'm becoming a statistic, having given up drinking (asians with a low tolerance for the bottle) and now I have to adjust my lactose intake (asians with a low tolerance to the cow)...oh the shame of it all. And there I was thinking that the strawberry cheesecake blizzard from DQ (2 months ago) was some kind of food poisoning! I probably shouldn't self diagnose myself and go see a doctor.

I, too, have become lactose intolerant with age.

And don't get me started on what happens when I have ice cream before bed

Nightmares, middlechild... don't be a smartypants).
