When you wish upon a....

While checking out my new issue of WISH , I came across an article on knitting in Canada and noted they said to check out their site on where to find wool shops. Seeing as I usually go to Romni Wools on Queen Street W. I thought I'd check out this other shop in the Beaches called the naked sheep. I bought the five balls of wool (the five on the right) for the stole I had in mind for myself. After knitting away on the TTC to and from work, two nights straight, and while I was at Woodbine yesterday, plus another 2.5 hours this morning before heading to the Textile Museum of Canada.

the naked sheep is a very cool little store, they seem to only carry the best of the best, the prices are the same as any other knit shop across TO. If you're near the Beaches and knit, you should go in and check it out.

As for Woodbine I won $44 on a horse named Feeling Naughty in the 10th race. I actually could have won the about $300 but I didn't bother with the other two I wanted because I hadn't won anything the whole afternoon. Of course those three horses, came in the top three. It wasn't my $5 to begin with anyways, so whatever.

Oh, and the stole...
