Lilac Lace almost never was, this is a combination of a soft kid mohair and a variegated ribbon yarn. I'll never be able to figure out how this gorgeous skien of ribbon yarn exploded into an insanely messy heap of knots. With help from A.M. for at least six hours combined, we were able to untangle it and get it into a ball to start knitting. However, it took me over a month to stop cursing everytime I saw it! No hard feelings LL.
